Job Title: Pharmacy Agent (Bar & Reception)
Status: Part-time
Compensation: $16 Per Hour + tips
Schedule: Estimated, 3-4 days per week with a strong afternoon, evening & weekend focus. Approximately, 20-29 hours per week (additional shift coverage as needed). Must be available between 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Pharmacy Agents assigned to Retail Bar & Reception are responsible for creating an exceptional patient experience by welcoming patients, assisting with check-in, and guiding them through their in-store purchases. This role helps patients find products that meet their needs, collaborates with pharmacists when consultation or assistance is required, and addresses patient questions or concerns. Pharmacy Agents are expected to provide knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient service while delivering a five-star experience during every interaction.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide assistance to patients for in-store purchases
- Build deep knowledge of cannabis and the products WholesomeCo offers, and explain them to patients in clear terms anyone can understand.
- Guide patients through the menu to help them find the products that fit their needs.
- Deliver strong customer service across the business, from picking and packing online orders to explaining the differences between strains.
- Follow all state compliance guidelines.
- Take direction from management and the pharmacist team, and offer feedback when appropriate.
- Complete all required medical, state, and company trainings on time.
- Navigate and communicate effectively using company tools, including Microsoft, Google, Slack, and email.
- Learn and follow WholesomeCo policies and procedures
- Report to work on time and be a reliable team member.
- Act responsibly and prioritize patient and coworker safety at all times.
- Approach patients and coworkers with empathy, friendliness, and a positive attitude.
- Assist with Fulfillment and Retail Dispense operations on an as-needed basis.
- Identify areas for improvement and bring forward ideas to solve problems.
- Provides customer support to medical patients within the pharmacy by understanding their needs, answering questions on specific products and following all compliance guidelines while doing so.
- You will regularly be asked to assist in Fulfillment and Retail Dispense operations on an as-needed basis.

- Seek a deep knowledge and understanding of cannabis and the products we offer to our patients
- Improve customer service in every facet of the business, whether picking and packing online orders, or helping a customer understand the differences between strains
- Follow compliance guidelines with the state
- Take direction and provide feedback from management and our pharmacist team and provide feedback when possible
- Complete all required medical, state and company trainings required for your position in a timely manner
- Be able to effectively navigate and communicate with team members using our online tools such as Microsoft, Google, Slack, and email and other tools used to improve company efficiencies
- Learn and speak about cannabis in medical terms and in a manner that any patient will find helpful
- Learn and adhere to policies outlined in the WholesomeCo Employee Handbook
- Report to work on time and be a reliable team member
- Act responsibly and always ensure patient and co-worker safety
- Learn about the products and how to navigate a patient through the menu to help find the products that they are searching for
- Be friendly with a positive attitude
- Have empathy toward medical patients and your co-workers
- Identify areas in the company that could be improved and bring ideas to help solve problems
- Other job duties as requested
Qualifications:
- Must be able to work on weekends, holidays, mornings, and nights
- Ability to sit and/or stand as well as be mobile & active for the duration of your entire shift
- Must be able to bend,crouch, kneel and carry up to 50lbs throughout the duration of your shift
- Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast paced, with a growth mindset
- Great organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to execute flawlessly.
- Strong ability to work across a variety of tasks with varying deadlines and priorities. Knows how to manage time and get things done in a fast-paced atmosphere
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines with minimal oversight
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
- Must have a working phone with connection to internet services
- Must pass a pre-employment/post-offer background check
- Must be 21 years of age or older
