Job Title: Pharmacy Fulfillment Agent
Compensation: $16 Per Hour + tips
Schedule: Two to four days per week with a strong weekend and evening focus, 20-29 hours per week (additional shift coverage as needed)
Location: Bountiful, Utah

WholesomeCo is leading the movement to normalize cannabis as a natural path to health and wellness. Various medical cannabis services are offered, including statewide delivery to 99% of Utah's population, as well as retail, drive-thru, online pick-up services through its pharmacy in West Bountiful, an in-house built app for patients, innovative technology resources, cannabis cultivation, and cannabis processing of our constantly growing line of WholesomeCo-branded products. Our vertically integrated company is well known for its technology-driven approach, our focus on data, and perpetual innovation. WholesomeCo is committed to improving medical cannabis accessibility by putting patients' needs first and guiding them along their personal cannabis journeys. The Pharmacy Fulfillment Agent will be primarily responsible for fulfilling online orders for the pharmacy.
Responsibilities include:
- Accurately and efficiently pick and pack products for online orders while following all department policies and procedures
- Monitor stock room inventory and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability for order fulfillment
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and current medical cannabis regulations in the state
- Properly submit tickets and order issues in a timely manner, following company SOPs.
- Complete all required medical, state, and company trainings within assigned deadlines
- Communicate effectively with team members using online tools such as Microsoft, Google, Slack, email, and other company platforms
- Speak knowledgeably about cannabis using accurate medical terminology while keeping explanations clear and accessible to patients
- Assist other departments when needed, including delivery fulfillment, inventory, drive-thru, express pickup, reception, and retail bar
- Follow all policies outlined in the WholesomeCo Employee Handbook
- Accept direction from leadership and provide constructive feedback when appropriate
- Maintain punctuality and reliability as a valued team member
- Prioritize patient and co-worker safety in all work activities
- Interact with customers and peers in a friendly and respectful manner
- Ensure compliance with all state guidelines and regulations
- Demonstrate empathy and understanding toward medical patients and colleagues
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute ideas to enhance operations
- Provide exceptional customer service, whether fulfilling online orders or assisting customers in understanding product differences and strain profiles
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be able to work on weekends, holidays, mornings, and nights
- 2+ years of order fulfillment or warehouse picking experience.
- Great organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to execute flawlessly.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and hitting performance targets.
- Superior communication skills are paramount - written and verbal
- Strong computer skills. Experience using Microsoft Office products as well as extremely comfortable working with new software/applications
- Good teamwork mentality: able to build trustworthy and supportive working relationships
- Flexibility and ability to adjust to a start-up environment that is fast-paced and constantly changing
- Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods, crouch, bend, and carry up to 50lbs
- Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast paced, with a growth mindset
- Strong ability to work across a variety of tasks with varying deadlines and priorities. Knows how to manage time and get things done in a fast-paced atmosphere
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines with minimal oversight
- Must have a working phone with connection to internet services
- Must pass a pre-employment/post-offer background check
- Must be 21 years of age or older
