Compensation: $20-$21 Per Hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Location: Centerville, Utah
Status: Full-Time

Responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with various supply chain departments to develop and maintain a cycle count program for inventory at our processing facility including; Flower, Oil, Terpenes, Flavoring, Hardware, Finished Goods and Packaging.
- Purchasing of all MRO products for our processing facility
- Responsible for unloading all incoming truck loads and small partial shipments with the highest regard to safety and compliance
- Recording inventory into a google spreadsheet and tagging/labeling products accordingly and correctly
- Being a main point of contact in regard to inventory control for the Supply facility & teams
- Ensuring that the quantities of inbound shipments match the packing slip, purchase orders, and conducting audits for quality checks.
- Help reconcile quarterly and yearly physical inventory count
- Ensure all inventory is being tracked correctly and audited
- Coordinates inventory between ICS and Google sheets
- Cycle counts and audits performed on inventory within the warehouse regularly
- Operating a forklift or reach truck and utilizing pallet jack
- When/as need be, ensuring deliveries made to our storefront are completed timely and accurately
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with cross functional Production teams on their needs for production materials/components
- Keeping the warehouse clean and organized at all times, through a continuous operation of moving/relocating pallets to the correct locations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience driving a forklift and operating a pallet jack preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in cycle counting and inventory control
- Ability to perform cross functionally and individually
- 1-2 years of experience in google sheets and or Excel
- Good communication skills, verbal and written, with co-workers and management
- Possess a sense of urgency, and organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Good visual acuity, hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and ability to perform repetitive motions with accuracy is required
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs
- Must be able to bend, lift and stoop continuously
- Must be able to sit/stand for extended periods of time
- Must pass a pre-employment/post-offer background check
- Must be 21 years of age or older
Benefits:
