Responsibilities include:

Meet cultivation goals and objectives while maintaining quality assurance standards and protocols
Basic cultivation maintenance and cleaning tasks
Deleafing, lollipopping, trellis netting, and room cleaning
Loading and unloading materials, supplies, and waste
Learning and following all Standard Operating Procedures and Safety Rules
Follow and complete tasks in an efficient and consistent manner
Follow regulatory guidelines
Create a positive work environment
Arrive on time and have reliable forms of transportation
Adhere to safe handling practices and manage inventory effectively
Clean and organize tools and equipment
All other tasks assigned

Qualifications:

Previous experience in cultivation or agriculture is preferred, but not required
Must be at least 21 years of age
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, multiple times, daily
Ability to stoop, kneel, and crouch daily
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time 8-12 hours
Ability to perform repetitive tasks
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to adapt to changes
General computer skills
Ability to work on weekends
Ability to pass a comprehensive pre-employment/post-offer background check
Must have a working phone with connection to internet services

Benefits:

Paid time off (PTO)
- 2 weeks accrued annually during the first two years of employment
- 3 weeks accrued annually after two years of continuous employment
