Job Title: Fulfillment Supervisor

Compensation: $50,0000-$55,000

Schedule: Must be able to work weekends and night, and have the ability to adjust depending on the business needs, (40 hours a week average)

About the role: As the Fulfillment Supervisor you will play an integral role in one of WholesomeCo’s main business operations, and be the driving force behind patients being able to access their medicine quickly and efficiently. You will lead a team of fulfillment agents that operate 7 days a week. You will master scheduling needs, fulfillment windows and become a strong collaborative leader within the delivery department that has set WholesomeCo apart for over 5 years now. 

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide leadership and support to the fulfillment team, while being the ultimate player coach regarding operations
  • Collaborate with other departments such as Dispatch, Customer Service, inventory, etc. to ensure fulfillment is done correctly with compliance atop of mind 
  • Prioritize time management and attention to detail to ensure all orders are fulfilled by the pack-by time and in the correct location for the dispatch team to stage/dispatch to drivers
  • Ensure all canceled orders are properly processed and put back into inventory in a timely manner
  • Monitor all processes to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations as well as company guidelines
  • Work with dispatch to ensure the DIO and MJ orders are closed out and processed properly
  • Lead the development and maintenance of schedules for the team, optimizing resources
  • Proactively address any coverage or attendance issues, and assist with daily task assignments 
  • Maintain detailed, organized notes and documentation for employee issues, coaching, 1:1 meetings, etc
  • Collaborate with HR to communicate employee issues, needs, and engagement
  • Conduct regular team and training meetings to keep an open line of communication and ensure alignment with company needs and expectations
  • Track performance data, conducting corrective actions, and maintaining thorough documentation
  • Proactively communicate with other teams to obtain feedback on your team's performance, and collaborate on ways to improve daily practices 
  • Support the development of a skilled and cohesive fulfillment team
  • Collaborate with upper management to document, maintain, and uphold Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
 

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of management experience strongly preferred
  • 3-5 years of fulfillment experience strongly preferred
  • Superior communication skills are paramount - written and verbal
  • Strong computer skills, must be comfortable working with new software/applications 
  • Experience with data organization, Microsoft, and Google suite of products
  • Good teamwork mentality: able to build trustworthy and supportive working relationships
  • Experience in the transportation/logistics industry
  • Strong logical thinking, analytical skills, and problem solving skills
  • Flexibility and ability to adjust to a start-up environment that is fast-paced and constantly changing
  • Strong understanding of compliance and its importance to the business
  • Must be able to work well under pressure
  • Must pass all required pre-employment/post-offer background checks
  • Must be over the age of 21 
 

Benefits:

  • Paid time off (PTO)
    • 2 weeks accrued annually during the first two years of employment
    • 3 weeks accrued annually after two years of continuous employment
    • 4 weeks accrued annually after five years of continuous employment
  • Seven (7) paid holidays per year
